Payment Terms

Orders will be shipped once they have been paid for in full. We accept all major credit cards.

Shipping Lead Times

Items in stock will be shipped out within 48 hours of receipt of order.

Shipping Insurance

No shipments will be insured unless specifically requested when ordering. If requested, insurance will be applied to cover shipping only and charges will be added.

Exchanges and Returns

Ceri will exchange, refund provided it is returned within 14 days from the initial shipping date. All returns must be unused, in the original packaging and have all applicable tags attached. Mail all returns to:
